Shipping policy

Where we ship

ALIYAN LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States. If we are unable to ship an order to your address, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

How orders are fulfilled

ALIYAN LLC works with supplier and fulfillment partners. Your order is shipped directly to you by one of these partners, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak seasons.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Applicable sales tax is also calculated at checkout.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. If an order ships in more than one package, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Shipping address

Please check that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only before the order ships.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your delivery location and with neighbors, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy. We will work with our fulfillment partner and the carrier to resolve the issue.
