Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, please contact us and we will help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@aliyanllc.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send it. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Our products are shipped by fulfillment partners, so the return address can differ by item. Please do not send a return to any address unless we have provided it to you for that return.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, items marked as final sale, and opened personal-care or hygiene items cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, please contact us before ordering.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Order cancellations

To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under this policy.
